CAPA’s mission is to unite Asian Pacific Americans and the community-at-large through culture, education and community service.
Do you ever wonder why you are the way you are and why you do what you do?
In this hands-on leadership summit workshop, we will discuss and explore the relationship between values, behaviors, and perceptions along with the core values that most strongly influence you.
The session will:
- Increase your awareness of the influence and impact of Asian cultural or other core values on behaviors and potentially resulting perceptions and interpretations
- Help you reflect on balancing cultural values to lead more authentically
- Identify leadership enhancing or leadership limiting behaviors to increase effectiveness and navigate the corporate workplace.
